As a General Contractor, I am looking out for the customers
best interest. Meaning, I will make sure they will have a structurally sound
and beautiful home to live in. I will try to make the whole building process as
painless as possible. I will burden all headaches, and backaches so they won't
have to.
By building a structurally sound home, I will be supplying the
best material and sub-contractors to complete the project in a timely manner.
Customer service is very important to me, and all my sub-contactors supply that
for me and also for my clients. My sub-contractors are very competent in their
trades. They complete a job in such a way that will eliminate any pitfalls that
might arise causing delays or cost overruns in the project.
I am a handson General Contractor that does 50% of the
work myself: foundation, framing, siding, set trusses, doors & windows,
basically getting the project to the weatheredin stage. Most people don't
get to see this part of the project because it will be hidden behind drywall,
carpets, etc., but I know the work is done correctly. And if it is done
correctly, the rest of the project should follow the same pattern. I believe in
the old saying " It's starts with a level and square foundation".
I am very detail oriented. I want to stand back at the end of
the project and feel very proud of my accomplishments, also knowing that I
supplied a good product for my clients.
Being a small builder, I must rely on Quality and Customer
Satisfaction, rather than Quantity. See what customers
